Products with no personalisation are eligible to be sent for Next Day Delivery, some brands may take a little longer.
We are currently working with Royal Mail and DPD Local. Using these delivery services gives you the best price for your order. All our orders are based on weight and at the checkout, you will see the options suitable for the weight of your entire order.
- Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For – Your personalised garment order will be delivered to you within 14 working days.
- Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For – Your personalised garment order will be delivered to you within 10 to 14 working days.
- Express Delivery – You will receive your order within 10 working days.
- FREE Express Delivery – Orders over £99 are eligible for FREE Express Delivery. You will receive your order within 10 working days.
Please note, the delivery times are estimates and is subject to artwork being approved within an acceptable time frame. Any delay in the artwork approval will push back the delivery date, but we do our best to fulfil your order as soon as possible. If the required items are out of stock, we will notify you within one working day with a suggestion of similar products or an updated expected delivery date.
During processing your order, we will update you where we are up to with the production. We will also update you via email and text (if you enter a mobile number on your account) so you have peace of mind.
For orders from the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands/Isle Of Man, the total delivery charge for these areas is £25, and delivery may take 3 business days – after the order is complete.

If your order isn't quite right you have up to 28 days from the date of purchase to exchange or return it. Please read this document carefully for instructions.
Plain stock items are refundable within 14 days, providing they are returned in original packaging and unworn. In the rare event that items are faulty or incorrect as to your order, we will refund you the full amount you have paid.
If your items contain personalisation, then we will not accept returns for either a refund or exchange. If the items are deemed, by RAM Leisure & Workwear, to be faulty or incorrect as to your order, we will refund the amount you paid.
RAM Leisure & Workwear requires you to email or call to inform us of the return before posting the order back to us.
Exchange within 28 days
You can return plain stock items within 28 days of receipt to exchange it for a different size or colour. This may incur a 10% charge, for the restocking fee.
If your items contain personalisation, then we will not accept returns for either a refund or exchange. If the items are deemed, by RAM Leisure & Workwear, to be faulty or incorrect as to your order, we will refund the amount you paid or an exchange up to the value of the faulty/incorrect items.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us at the address provided below. Please package items appropriately so as to avoid any damage and use a reputable postal service that will ensure you for the value of the items.

Please insert your invoice in the return package and write what is to be returned and the reason for the return. You can always print off another invoice by going to My Account, then My Order History.
